The hottest Micro Wax in 2023
- Micro wax is made from natural decompression oil residue as raw material, and the series products are produced by propane deasphalting, furfural refining, ketone benzene de-oiling, white clay refining and hydrotreating and cooling.
- Microcrystalline wax, also known as refined wax and refined petroleum wax, is white to light yellow.
- The products are classified by color, oil content and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and are classified as qualified, top grade and food grade. It has good moisture-proof and insulating properties.
Classification of Micro Wax
- Micro wax is a low molecular weight and low viscosity mineral wax, making it an ideal component for many industrial applications. It can be classified according to its melting point, oil content and molecular weight.
- Microwaxes with lower melting points are usually more flexible, while those with higher melting points tend to be harder and more brittle. The oil content of microwaxes can range from low to high, with higher oil content resulting in better stability and adhesion. The molecular weight of the microwax also affects its properties, with higher molecular weights increasing viscosity and enhancing surface properties.
- The classification of microwaxes provides a way for manufacturers to select the right microwax for their specific needs while ensuring high quality performance in a variety of industrial applications such as coatings, adhesives and printing inks.

Application of Micro Wax
Microwaxes are used in a wide variety of industrial applications due to their unique properties such as low viscosity and flexibility.
- In the coatings industry, it is used as an additive to provide scratch resistance, water resistance, and to improve the hardness and gloss of surfaces.
- Microwaxes are also commonly used as a component of printing inks and adhesives to provide better adhesion and reduce the viscosity of materials.
- In plastics manufacturing, microwaxes are used as processing aids to improve the flexibility of products and reduce brittleness.
- In the rubber industry, it can be used as a mold release agent, reducing or eliminating the need for other release agents.
Packing of Micro Wax
This product is white solid block or granule, block packing is 50KG/bag (56*55*22CM), granule packing is 25KG/bag (70*48*13CM).20mt/20ft&17mt/20ft. It needs to be stored in a ventilated and dry place.
